| Description: | Supervise day-to-day activities of 10-24 customer service representatives.

| Duties: | Maintain personnel records and information. Schedule vacation/leave time and work schedules. Evaluate work performance. Write daily/weekly/monthly reports on activities of section. Attend meetings as section representative. Resolve work related issues.
Provide direction and evaluation of staff; hiring, promoting, disciplinary actions, etc. Handle escalated calls. Resolve customer concerns with regards to utility accounts.
Ensure employee adherence to all policies and procedures.
Coach employees.
Conduct staff meetings to ensure effective communications. Must be available when needed for emergency outage response. |
| Qualifications: | High School graduation or GED, plus four (4) years experience in billing, credit couseling, or customer service, one (1) year of which were in a supervisory/leadership capacity. |
