| Duties: | Business Analyst position is responsible for and/or will have involvement in a variety of deliverables and projects related to the development, release, and positioning of Source Medical's products. Will be responsible for identifying, researching, analyzing, validating, and documenting business and functional requirements. Will assist in the planning and facilitation of Voice of the Customer activities. Will play a lead role in internal, cross-functional and cross-product line teams responsible for the product's development and project's management. |
| Qualifications: | At least 4+ years experience evaluating, defining, and implementing deliverables for large scale projects in a product management capacity. Demonstrated ability to translating business and functional requirements into documents, use cases, etc... Rational Unified Process highly preferred. Experience in and understanding of healthcare and software industries, experience in outpatient healthcare and billing practices preferred. Proficient in all MS Office products including MS Project. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills-team building and leadership skills. Bachelor's Degree from accredited four year institution Salaried Exempt Travel as required |
